I felt like trying to sketch a Warhawk character with a more simplified/stylized look like Team Fortress 2... It turns out it's hard. sigh...

Dude, interesting start but you have to break the character into a specific role... What does the optimal pilot look like. Take a look at astronauts and test pilots and try and figure out how their shapes are differentiate from the norm and then just pound on those differences. Keep work through crazier and crazier iterations of the distortions then pull it back in until things look "right". Also, try and avoid poses that static... Talk at ya later...
